The first two days of the event are heavily focused on workshops to help give attendees the tools they need to become effective advocates for people with disabilities.  They also have several bonding activities, where they get to learn from each other and realize they all have a similar mission.

Throughout the second day, the ladies are also participating in judging sessions by a panel of judges.  During judging sessions, contestants are scored based on their self-perceptions, communication, projection skills and personal accomplishments. 

The third day of the event is the crowning ceremony.  This is where the participants will deliver their platform speech and answer two on stage judging questions.
